Confirmed Service Customer
After making through the parking lot, they were clearing snow and ice grime the lot. This is the second time visiting the site, I had to ask where the service department. Got to see a beautiful orange corvette in the showroom. Then the wait area with displays that looked rough. No directional sighs, it was behind a set of double doors into the shop. A voice called out to see if I needed help. I explained that this was my second time I was ever in this area. After interdictions we got down to business. The service rep asked a few questions and said if I have an half hour he could have it done for me. So I looked at the displays that needed some attention and watched a little TV he came out and gave me my keys and paper work. I know it was a simple warranty work the service rep took charge and made feel important and glad he could help me. South Anchorage Chevy is way better than the one downtown. Good Job! ( I wish I could remember his name, I ask but I have short memories.) give him some business cards and make it easier for first time visitors with better signage.
