I went in for an oil change. It took 5-10 minutes for the service manager to appear. He created the paperwork for the oil change but I also explained that the heater was not throwing much heat. He looked at the computer service records and recommended a coolant system flush. I was thinking that perhaps it needed a new thermostat or filter but he never recommended that. I waited for about 3 hours in the waiting area with no contact with the service manager. At 4:00 I received a call from a lady at the service desk who said my vehicle was done. I paid and left. There was still hardly any heat in the vehicle. The "inspection " page showed the tire pressure in front and back were at 10lbs. difference. And there is a leak in the differential. And I needed an air filter. Why didn't he have the courtesy to ask if I wanted any of this attended to while I sat there for hours? Especially for something as simple as an air filter! So now am I supposed to make an appointment to get air balanced in my tires? Extremely disappointed.
