Its been a hit or miss for getting the airbag recall done. I even had Swicard saying they'ed take care of it but I never got a call from them. You'll at Chevy South Anchorage got it done. Great job and its legal on the road (safe). Thanks for taking care of my 2011 Chevy.

After making through the parking lot, they were clearing snow and ice grime the lot. This is the second time visiting the site, I had to ask where the service department. Got to see a beautiful orange corvette in the showroom. Then the wait area with displays that looked rough. No directional sighs, it was behind a set of double doors into the shop. A voice called out to see if I needed help. I explained that this was my second time I was ever in this area. After interdictions we got down to business. The service rep asked a few questions and said if I have an half hour he could have it done for me. So I looked at the displays that needed some attention and watched a little TV he came out and gave me my keys and paper work. I know it was a simple warranty work the service rep took charge and made feel important and glad he could help me. South Anchorage Chevy is way better than the one downtown. Good Job! ( I wish I could remember his name, I ask but I have short memories.) give him some business cards and make it easier for first time visitors with better signage.

I was very impressed with the timely communication - I have a second vehicle that is a VW Atlas and have had a horrible year getting basic oil change appts/communication promptly from the VW dealership, so my expectations were very low. When I contact Chevy South Anch, Dawson was great getting me scheduled for install of an auto start on my Colorado - initially your software system was down, he said he would let me know when it was back up/schedule me, I figured I wouldn���t hear back at all, was impressed when he reached out to me about availability less than 2 weeks later. 12/10 experience!

I went and got my tires changed over to studded tires and it did not take less than forty five minutes for the mechanics to take care of them. I also commend that nice lady for the help I got with them. She deserves a raise, or in fact they all do. Thank you Chevrolet of South Anchorage.

195 dollars is outrageous for an oil and filter change. That may be why people are going to non dealership shops for service. My truck has never been to anyone but the dealership since new 10 years ago. It will start to see future work done outside the dealership.
