A Customer From ANCHORAGE, AK Gave a 1.8 Star Rating On Their 2008 Cadillac Escalade Service Experience

Shane was the only good thing about these last two experiences. When my tires and oil was changed in April my car started making odd noises and the ride was different. The check sheet was ALL CHECKED IN THE GREEN. I took it back in thinking it was the breaks but told they were not a problem. I didn���t think it could be the power steering because that was repaired/replaced less than a year ago. I drove a couple more days then decided to check the power steering fluid and it was DRY! I added fluid and went back and talked to Shane. Within a few days I brought the car in for an estimate. A week later I was told it was my power steering gear box and that was $2,600 but that was just the beginning. I had more problems with struts, shocks, compressors, cv boots, and breaks��� I picked up the car and declined repairs but was told I could not get a copy of what I was told because the computers were down. I paid $333 and only got a receipt NEVER got a copy of what was wrong!
