Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my suv in to get the headlight bulb changed. They disconnected the battery and took it out to get to the headlight. When they put the battery back in it would not start. Then I was told that it would take six weeks before they could look at it. I asked for a loaner but could not get one. Then I was told that the suv would be towed to the bay in the afternoon and they���d reprogram it. It was Friday. Now I am waiting to hear from the shop, and it is Monday. The hope is that they can get it going as I only went in to get the headlight bulb changed, and I paid for that service. I should not have to pay for it to be reprogrammed and they need to fix whatever isn���t working now. I usually get good service. Please fix my suv, and get it back to me. Thank you.
