Confirmed Service Customer
No one answers the phone! I scheduled an appointment online and when we showed up they told us that was not possible even though I clearly received an email from the dealership. They also did not tell us we needed to pick up the vehicle by 1:00 so they kept it an extra 2 days because the Service Dept was closed when we arrived! This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with at a car dealership.
