Service Consultant Josh Cook was outstanding. He provided first class customer service.

Was told this would be a 1-2 day repair. Dropped off Saturday. No updates provided after 3 days so called Wednesday for an update. Apparently the diesel technician could not work on it foe months even though these repairs did not require a diesel technician. Technician that did work on it was unable to remove gauge pod on pillar held on with 4mm allen hex head. Had to come to dealership to remove. After picking up, technician left pod off of pillar. Recommend technician invest in simple tools to perform their job effectively.

As always, I received excellent care! Kenny, Mike and the rest of the team always fix my car's problem to perfection. I won't go anywhere else.

The recall notice was handled quickly.

Kim was super cheerful and nice.

Everything went quick and smooth I called and spoke with Gerry at 9 am and by 4 pm I drove off the lot with my car. Gerry and his partner were excellent.

Efficient

After 4 weeks of my car being there I tried getting ahold of my service advisor . After another week of calling, texting everyday I physically had to go in to get someone to tell me where my car was. I found out my service advisor was on vacation. That���s fine we all go on vacation, but why wasn���t someone covering for him and responding to customers. Then even after physically going in there and promised they would get the info and call me. They never did. I had to physically go in again where I was told my service advisor would be in later and they would let me know what���s up. Finally late afternoon after calling advisor again I got a call back. They apologized profusely for someone not helping me. My guess is my car had still never been touched or diagnosed until 5 weeks out and me calling about it. I would have given even lower stars if Shane hadn���t at that point started really keeping me informed. Too about 7 weeks to actually get my car back.

Steven was the best. So knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle, sales and closing purchase. One step ahead of the process all the time. Very painless.
