Confirmed Service Customer
After 4 weeks of my car being there I tried getting ahold of my service advisor . After another week of calling, texting everyday I physically had to go in to get someone to tell me where my car was. I found out my service advisor was on vacation. That���s fine we all go on vacation, but why wasn���t someone covering for him and responding to customers. Then even after physically going in there and promised they would get the info and call me. They never did. I had to physically go in again where I was told my service advisor would be in later and they would let me know what���s up. Finally late afternoon after calling advisor again I got a call back. They apologized profusely for someone not helping me. My guess is my car had still never been touched or diagnosed until 5 weeks out and me calling about it. I would have given even lower stars if Shane hadn���t at that point started really keeping me informed. Too about 7 weeks to actually get my car back.
