I will not return to this dealership. My truck was in the shop for 4 months! During the winter when I needed the 4wheel drive most for safety driving on the highway. I was told when I dropped my truck off that they were “a little behind” to me that is a week or two, not 4 months. The truck was diagnosed fairly quickly which would normally be good, however because my truck was under warranty I would not be able to take it to another location to be fixed (which I wanted to do after about 1 month of waiting) without risk of voiding the warranty. Essentially my truck was stuck there. The communication was also poor, the dealership text me and said I could use that form for communicating through their official text, I received one response on average to every 3 times I messaged them. I also would be on hold for about 20 minutes every time I called. My warranty covered most of the work, however bc the dealership took more hours than the warranty allotted for the work, I still had a large bill at the end. The only redeeming quality is that I received a roughly $300 discount for it taking so long, total bill was $1500. ANOTHER reason I won’t be returning js because I had this dealership do a 200+ point inspection and examine the transmission before purchasing the truck, they did not catch the ~$10,000 issues that they ended up having to fix. I will not work with this dealership again.
