A Customer From ANCHORAGE, AK Gave a 1.8 Star Rating On Their 2019 Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado Service Experience

The hours for the service department states it closes at 5:30 p.m. on the door and website, I never got a call from the service person if my truck was done, so i called 4:50 pm thinking I had time to make it over there. no one answered the phone, it stated to text so i did. then i get a call stating my truck was done, but that they close on 5:00 asking if i wanted to leave it there. Knowing there has been a few trucks stolen from this lot, i said no, I will be right over. When i showed up i asked the guy what time it closes because it states 5:30 pm. He said Oh i was planning on leaving early." I was a bit suspicious to say the least, but most of all , that is NOT good customer service. not calling me when my truck was done, never telling i may not be able to pick it up, then say when I got there way before 5:30 telling me he was going to leave early when i walked into the shop, they were all standing around talking with the door to service area locked, i went it through the waiting area.
