I brought my truck in for a hard shift and a ticking noise. They ended up telling me my only option was to replace my engine on my 2021 Silverado. I brought it to another independent shop for a second opinion. Within one evening he located a TSB from chevy on my engine that described my specific symptoms and was able to fix it for 1/5 of what Chevy quoted me for an engine. The fact that Chevrolet of South Anchorage tried to scam me out of $10k by neglecting to do their job makes me sick. I just got my truck back yesterday after 4 months of being truckless, 2 of which due to Chevy sitting on my truck and not doing their job. There���s scratches all over my truck from your techs hitting my doors on the lifts I noticed the day I picked it up. I will be in touch with GM directly and will ensure that nobody I know ever goes to Chevy South Anchorage for any repairs.
