Confirmed Service Customer
Our car has needed to be fixed for months now. We have brought it in three times and all we get is they can���t help unless the light comes back on. Our heat is going out. The light come on and off. We had our oil changed but the oil pan or something had a crack lost all the oil almost seized our engine. The parts department or the mechanics department will not take appointments any longer. It���s first come first serve but if it���s something major, you have to leave your car we are we only have one car they will not work with us. There���s no replacement a rental car for us to get, it���s just been. The whole situation has been a horrible horrible experience. We probably will not shop with the Chevrolet any longer. We do buy. We bought a lot of vehicles through this company but at this point with the experience we���ve had we will not come back.
