I went in to have my tires changed from snow tires. Mike is always smiling and personable. I had to wait because I have no other car to take down there. The waiting area was clean and orderly. I use the restroom and it was also clean. I walked outside and the gentleman that was fixing my car came over and told me that it was going to be ready in a few minutes and I appreciated that.
