Confirmed Service Customer
I scheduled an oil change online and received several texts and emails confirming the time. When I arrived I was told it was first come first serve and there would be at least a two hour wait. The tech told me that the internet appointments do not communicate with the service department. I live over 300 mile from the dealership and this is a scheduling nightmare. The tech did eventually get me in but this was frustrating.
